COLUMBUS, Ohio –
The
Board of Trustees of the Ohio Hospital Association made the following
new appointments to the Foundation for Healthy Communities’ Board of
Directors for 2011:

president of Hocking Valley Community Hospital. In her 15 years at the
critical access hospital in Logan, Lucas-Helber has served in various
finance positions and also has a solid background in strategic planning,
health information systems, employee relations and compliance. She also
serves on several other community boards and committees.
Frankye Herald, RN, BSN,
Miami Valley Hospital. Herald is the lead coordinator of the Mahogony’s

OHA’s Albert E. Dyckes Health Care Worker of the Year Award and has
received grant funding for her program through the Foundation for
Healthy Communities. Herald serves on many community boards and

coordinator and grant recipient.
