Uncompensated Care Grants

The Foundation for Healthy Communities awards two types of uncompensated care grants, Pulmonary Rehabilitation Funds and Uninsured Pregnant Women Children Funds.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Grant is in support of hospitals’ uncompensated pulmonary rehabilitation expense and for quality of life improvement of uninsured Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients.

The Uninsured Pregnant Women and Children Grant is in support of hospitals’ uncompensated care expense and for managing care of uninsured pregnant women and children.

Online Reporting: current grant recipients must submit quarterly or semi-annual program results using online reporting forms. General instructions for submitting the required reports are also available.
