Board of Directors

A board made up of hospital administrators and representatives of the public provides fiscal oversight and strategic direction for the foundation and its development activities. It also reviews and approves all funding and grant activity.

Staff Contacts

Mary Yost, Vice President of Public Affairs, The Ohio Hospital Association, oversees the Public Affairs department, which includes internal and external communications, media relations, public relations and the Foundation for Healthy Communities. An associate since 1992, Mary came to OHA from the Columbus Dispatch, where she worked as a reporter for 19 years. Under her leadership, the Public Affairs department at OHA has won several awards from the Ohio Society of Association Executives. Mary’s hometown is Columbus, Ohio, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Ohio State University.

Stacey Conrad, Grants Manager, The Ohio Hospital Association, coordinates grant cycle activities and manages interim and annual reporting for OHA's Foundation for Healthy Communities. She is responsible for both the foundation's grants as well as those administered for other agencies. An OHA associate since 1997, Stacey earned her associate of applied business degree from Bradford School and her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Otterbein College. Originally from Johnstown, Ohio, Stacey worked at Huntington Bank before joining OHA's staff.
